Instead of walleye, he suggested I bake salmon for any sensational summer meal. Okay… he didn’t in fact use the term sensational, but I felt like that’s what he was voicing if you ask me. Anyway in order to make the salmon CRAZY Great, I marinated the life out of it with an asian influenced nice teriyaki sauce.
HOLY. WHAT THE… it’s SO, SO GOOD. Better still than…
Well, you understand I’m not sure what it’s better than. It’s simply really, freaking good. The marinade is simple enough to create yourself and cooking salmon is like baking chicken. No really, it really is! Don’t be anxious about overcooking it, just at least give it a try for me. Pretty make sure you?! I’ll bake you cookies should you choose.
Oh, you’re confident today? Well that was easy.
For ease, I purchased teriyaki sauce from your supermarket (soy sauce would also work), then whisked in essential olive oil, garlic clove, ginger and just a little honey and brown sugar for sweetness. I poured it all on the salmon and marinated it until I acquired hypoglycemic starving… like to the point of fainting. I wanted to consume my arm. What? Food is so much better when you’re ready to eat everything around the corner.
Oh, and don’t you worry about that quinoa, because we’ve currently discussed the ease of rendering it fluffy and delicious in quarter-hour or less. This time around it’s cooked in a little bit of garlic salt for that little bit of pizzaz. Whatever you really need to do is normally stir-fry veggies and drink a little sangria… or guzzle it, I mean, whatever works best for you personally. I select guzzle.

Sesame Ginger Lovely Teriyaki Salmon with Garlic clove Quinoa Stir-fry
2 tablespoons honey
2 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon refreshing grated ginger
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, if desired
extra soy or teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
In a big bowl whisk collectively the marinade ingredients: teriyaki sauce, essential olive oil, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, and honey. Place salmon in large ziploc handbag and add marinade.
