Banana Oat Protein Muffins zero flour or glucose added, 100 calories

Ahhhhh We live for the weekends, and this last one was simply so lovely and relaxing. After all who doesn’t like laying during intercourse an extra half hour on Saturday mornings? Nowadays, it’s an extravagance.
Oh well. To more exciting items…
Bananas are my total favorite! They pack potassium and digestible (good-for-you) carbs. So, what does this mean? Well, they provide your body fuel and just about make one feel like a rock star. But not the kind of rock stars that drugs.
In every seriousness, I really like baking with bananas simply because they add moisture, become a binder, and have enough flavor where you don’t need to add additional sugar.
These banana muffins are my brand-new favorite treat for SO multiple reasons. They have simple ingredients, turn out insanely damp and full of flavor, AND they pack some severe fiber and proteins. Oh and something very last thing, they’re less than 100 calorie consumption per muffin!
I wish to explain a few essential ingredients in these wonderful muffins:
Oat bran: We decided that I wanted to create a muffin without the flour and knew that oat bran would be a fantastic option. I came across some at Trader Joe’s near the cereal section, and it’s now among the best fake ‘flours’ to bake with. The nutritional information can be wonderful!
Protein powder: Yes, We used protein powder in these muffins, but only a scoop! It really gives the muffins just a little taste boost and also additional protein. I encourage you to give it a try, because I do think you’ll really enjoy it. I used 100 calorie vanilla protein powder, and my nutritional information in the recipe reflects that.
Bananas + Applesauce: We used two VERY ripe bananas for taste and a little bit of unsweetened applesauce instead of oil. YUM.
Greek Yogurt: Yes, more proteins! I used non-fat greek yogurt for more protein and to keep carefully the muffins moist. I’m an enormous fan of Chobani, Liberte, and Fage brands for my cooking recipes.
Wait… what’s this? Sadly Nutella isn’t within the formula, BUT it’s completely lovely spread on top of a warm muffin. (That is why I kept the inside from the muffins so healthful. HA.)
A teaspoon of Nutella has about 33 calorie consumption. And really, a teaspoon on these is normally all you have to for just a touch of indulgence! Or if you want you can also add in chocolates chips, berries, or nut products!
One very last thing: these are ideal for freezing; to reheat just microwave for one minute! Enjoy!

Ingredients
1 scoop vanilla proteins powder (about 1/4 cup)
2 teaspoons cooking powder
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 huge egg whites (or 1 egg)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 levels F. Apply 12 cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking squirt or grease well with coconut oil
In a moderate bowl whisk collectively oat bran, proteins powder, baking natural powder and cinnamon; reserve.
In a large bowl, mix mashed banana, applesauce, greek yogurt, egg whites, and vanilla collectively until well combined and clean. Add wet elements to dry elements and blend until just combined. Let batter sit two minutes to thicken a bit. Divide batter consistently into 12 muffin cups and bake quarter-hour or until toothpick put into center arrives clean. Transfer to a cable rack to awesome for 10 minutes, then remove muffins from tin and place on wire rack to awesome completely.
Muffins are ideal served warm with your beloved spread. Feel absolve to add in chocolate potato chips, berries, or nuts towards the batter!
Omg I have to try this! Coconut flour is also a great choice for healthy baking but could be a little tricky to utilize.
Okay I made a healthy homemade ‘Nutella’ and experience it would be criminal not to share, it had been very easy and I actually like it better than the real thing!!
Blend 1 C roasted, cooled then peeled hazelnuts with 1-2 T macadamia oil (or another healthy oi, rather than essential) until it reaches a butter persistence then add 1.5 T cocoa and 2-3 T pure maple syrup (or another sweetener) mix and carried out! I am hoping you test it out for I think you’ll love it, specifically on these muffins!

I just cooked them (there are still warm) and they are so delicious!
I replaced the 2 2 white eggs with 1 whole egg + 1/2 cup more of applesauce
I actually replaced the yogourth with vanilla soja milk
We used 1/3 glass of chocolate proteins (Impact Diet Whey from #myprotein)
This is an AWESOME light muffin recipe !
