3 eggs, at area temperature (IMPORTANT)

1 tablespoon almond butter (or any nut butter of choice)
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (TJ’s or Ghirardelli is good)
1/4 cup coconut flour (I used Investor Joe’s)
1/2 of the Aloha Superfood Chocolates pub (about 1.1 oz), coarsely cut into chunks
Coarse sea salt, for sprinkling
Preheat oven to 350 levels F. Grease an 8×8 inches skillet with coconut essential oil or aerosol with nonstick cooking food spray. Within the bowl of a power mixer (you can also use a food processor or get it done by hand), add coconut essential oil, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla and almond butter; combine on medium swiftness until well combined.

Cool pan completely in wire rack before serving. Makes 12 portions. Brownies are also delicious when chilly; they obtain extra fudgy!
Please use a 8×8 inch pan for baking these. A 9×9 inches pan could be too small and your brownies can end up being very thin and delicate. Another option would be to bake them in two 8×4 inches loaf pans.

I am still looking for a protein powder that I really like and love to use as many ways as possible, instead of just tolerate it. but also for those that I have found so far that I love my favorite method to use it is within pancakes as a flour replacement-
1 scoop proteins, 1/4 c egg whites, 1/2 mashed banana, dash of cinnamon, 2 T almond milk, dash of vanilla extract and some other add ins/toppings so desired, like fruits, coconut, nuts, nut butter ect.

I like baking with protein powder but lately my favorite way to use it is to make protein sludge. Right after a workout I mix 1 scoop protein powder, drinking water and handful of maple syrup or organic honey together. I love to best it with peanuts and almonds and sometime use cocoa or cacao powder.
1 scoop proteins powder
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
~1/4 c almond milk
Combine and microwave for the best tasting mug cake that’s packed with protein.

For protein powder I honestly love to use it how. In smoothies! Chocolates vega blended with glaciers, cashew milk, handful of spinach, cocoa natural powder, peanut flour somtimes, iced banana and chocolate stevia drops. So delish after a workout!
My favorite method to use protein powder is directly, no chaser! I love a plant-based proteins shake (generally vanilla) with banana, coconut milk, almond butter & sea salt first thing in the morning!
Looking forward to trying this brownie recipe because I haven’t really enjoyed any baked goods made out of coconut flour yet. I’m still buying coconut flour recipe to like.
