I ate all the cookies We made, and After all all of them. I dug my fork right into a pan of brownies with no respect for my health, confidence or body. I baked during every moment of leisure time because I needed to forget what my center could not.

Aw, Monique, I relate a lot. That’s about how I handled the first 2 yrs of college. Just being from everything I knew and loved was hard and frightening, and I have a fat burning capacity that lets me eat a whole lot and it generally does not arrive visibly. Nonetheless it weighs on your mind and your self-esteem so much. And then you understand that as delicious and magical as food can be, it won’t resolve all your complications. I like to believe I’m figuring that out come early july and attempting to do something to make next year sooo far better.
