Healthy Baked Pumpkin Oatmeal topped with bananas tossed in an assortment of brown sugar and vanilla bean! An excellent breakfast!

I’ve been thinking a lot recently about this blog page and what it represents to me.
I’ve arrive at the final outcome that it’s a lot more than just posting recipes; this blog is a place for inspiration and stories. A minimum of that’s what I’ve usually tried to make it; however, recently Personally i think like I’m obtaining further from that.
It just feels… redundant. I have to put my interest back to it.
So, we’re getting back to it! Back to when I shared my motivation, fitness posts, healthy living suggestions, dreams, and stories! More personalized. I am hoping you don’t brain, but it’s not just food which makes me content anymore; it’s the tale behind the food.
First Let me inform you of the very first time I fell deeply in love with pumpkin. I was 9 yrs . old and my mom and I cooked a pie from scrape. The convenience pumpkin pie brings me is usually unparalleled.
I’m also a huge lover of oatmeal which I really didn’t begin eating until I had been in college. Right now I eat oatmeal pancakes, bowls of oatmeal, and oatmeal in muffins! I love how healthy it really is and am constantly looking for new ways to add it to my meals.
Now I understand some of you’re requesting an oatmeal breakfast time recipe therefore i put two of my favorite things collectively for a very delicious fall breakfast. Baked Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal!
Pumpkin pie spices inside a lightly sweetened oatmeal breakfast time bake. Not sure when you can have a breakfast much better than this. I’m in love!
Oh and I have to not forget to inform you about those bananas on top. I tossed sliced up bananas inside a bit of brownish sugars and vanilla bean. You guyssssss. It’s amazing!
The bananas caramelize when bake and put under the broiler for a few minutes by the end of cooking. They’re slightly crispy and golden, and add a little bit of sweetness towards the oatmeal.
This recipe is easy to throw together, too! Simply whisk up moist and dry substances, combine together, after that bake for just a little over thirty minutes. Cover and refrigerate for breakfast time through the entire week, or you can also freeze and reheat for later! I love trimming mine into squares and taking pleasure in them being a pre-workout morning snack! It is also amazing drizzled with just a little extra maple syrup.

Ingredients
1/2 teaspoon aluminum free baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 3/4 glass unsweetened vanilla almond milk (regular, soy or coconut milk also works)
2 medium ripe bananas, sliced
2 teaspoons dark brown sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Apply 9×13 glass cooking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Add bananas, dark brown glucose, vanilla, and vanilla coffee beans to a moderate bowl. Give it a few stirs in order that brownish sugar coats all of the bananas; reserve.
In a large bowl whisk together oats, baking natural powder, sodium, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg.
In a separate large dish, combine pumpkin, egg whites, maple syrup, and vanilla; combine until clean and creamy. Whisk in almond dairy until well mixed. Add pumpkin mix to the dried out mixture – blend well. Pour into prepared pan and consistently top with dark brown sugar vanilla bean banana slices.
Bake for 35 mins or until top is golden dark brown and oatmeal is defined. Sprinkle a little more brown sugar together with bananas; start broiler and broil for a couple minutes (view carefully!). Scoop into bowls and serve immediately with extra almond dairy or cinnamon, if preferred. Makes 6 servings.

I have a recipe for the baked banana, oats, and Nutella dish I made in regards to a calendar year ago. This reminds me of it b/c from the chopped up bananas and how they get a small caramelized. Wow, I bet they are just so scrumptious!
One more query. May be the vanilla bean required? Could extra vanilla remove be used rather?
So, I made this dish for the 2nd time this week, and it came out so much better than the first time I made it. As I mentioned in an earlier post, I accidentally overlooked the almond dairy the 1st time. So this period I ensured to include it, and the oatmeal came out actually moist. Another thing I did so, was add bananas into the moist ingredients, as well as the caramelized bananas at the top. This actually put into the recipe.
I just have to mention that We haven’t been able to prevent eating it. This is an unbelievable formula. For anybody who haven’t made it yet, I desire you to take action. This really is a special formula!!!!
