This has been my mantra lately. Live in the moment. Perform what you experience is right. Usually trust your heart.
I’ve been on a quest to visit even more; there’s something about any of it that feeds my soul, filling it with knowledge, contentment, experience and love. I’ve been towards the Caribbean, Az, Minnesota and Tx all in the last month. I’ve valued every second, each flight and on the way found that I value experiences over factors, as I understand that I’ll remember these moments so long as I live. Cheesy much? Ha.
I wish to give out the last part of my visit to the Caribbean with Princess Cruises. The very first section of my trip was about the excursions and what we do at each port This time around I’m thrilled to bring you a glimpse in to the meals we ate as well as the remembrances we made jointly! Honestly I couldn’t possess asked for an easier way to introduce Spring.
OH AND SPRING TIME OUTFITS!!!
Let me just mention that given that I work from home, dressing up doesn’t happen often. I love wearing dressing and purchasing an insane quantity of heels; I think I need to make Tony consider me out even more instead of snuggling in with some weirdo Netflix displays (lately I am into Bates Motel).

Now, about the food!
There really isn’t anything awful to say about the food on the cruise ship. There were a wide array of restaurants with a number of different culinary themes including italian, steak and seafood, a pastry store, pizza, gelato and coffee bars. I hardly ever once felt limited by my dining choices, especially when it came to the buffet that was packed with fruits, veggies and newly prepared international cuisines. DELICIOUS.
You may already know, my mom came on the trip with me. She’s mainly a vegetarian but she hardly ever experienced deprived and was usually able to ask for things produced vegetarian. The chefs had been wonderful that way.
Even at the restaurants, I was able to have lighter lunch time choices. This is one of my favorites – a black bean taquito like dish. They were baked instead of deep-fried, vegetarian and full of flavor!
Another thing I loved had been in a position to enjoy 4 or 5 5 course meals. Significantly, it was meals overload.
We also experienced the Chef’s Desk , which is an intimate dining knowledge including a custom menu with wine pairings. We were even invited into the kitchens; it had been immaculate and smelt amazing.
We received champagne and small bites to sample while we watched them prepare pasta.
The menu was interesting and I do imply that in a good way! The chef ready unique courses for us. My favorite was probably the margarita sorbet palette cleanser… it even experienced a tequila drizzle!
I just want to quick mention among my favorite goodies too!
While at St. Maarten we got probably the most fabulous gelato; I chosen caramel and coconut. My mom got the cherry amaretto and it had been basically the BEST gelato I’ve ever tasted in my lifestyle. Granted I haven’t gone to Italy yet.
Either way, it was a wonderful experience and I remaining the island content. My just regret is not getting out to the other side of the island to experience the real food. I always love to enjoy food just like a local and actually diverge myself into the culture.
While back within the ship, my two favourite go to snacks were a little greek salad and unlimited soft serve. The salad was relaxing and fantastic with new shrimp. Also, I really had to be sure I was eating lighter lunches because of my 5 program dinners and sweets twice per time.
Because I prefer soft serve snow cream and frozen yogurt, the unlimited small cones were such a nice refresher specifically after installation of all day long. Also… SPRINKLES!
