Let me tell you about this guy I used up to now.

He was nice, fun and quite interesting. Exciting, too! Sadly, he was also extremely challenging. To be honest, he annoyed me a significant bit… but in that great sort of way. Does that produce sense?
Anyway no hard feelings there. The point I’m obtaining across is the fact that my romantic relationship with him is quite comparable to my romantic relationship with yoga.
It’s challenging, yet rewarding. Both fun and difficult all at exactly the same time. Primarily it’s something to experience. Because who are we, if not for our experiences?
I’ve been practicing yoga for approximately 3 years and discover it to become probably one of the most rewarding exercises. Not to be considered a complete hippie, but it’s actually taught me a lot about myself, reduced my tension, and kept me content during tough times. Therefore, what’s this yoga challenge about?
My yoga studio room offers a number of different sorts of yoga classes, all in a heated environment. They recently posted a yoga exercises challenge called Mount Everest, and I was instantly curious. The goal of the task would be to yoga each day for the next 6 weeks. Whoever gets to 35 classes initial wins! You can also double up on your classes; I’ll probably do that two times a week.
I wanted to talk about this all with you and record my experience, and in addition perhaps provide a small inspiration and encouragement along my journey.
Here’s what I’m going to be sharing:
Calories burned: I simply purchased a heart rate monitor from Amazon, in order soon as it arrives in the mail, I’m going to be putting on it to all of my classes to help document how many calories I’ve burnt.
Food: I actually don’t plan on publishing what I’m eating on a regular basis, but instead include some photos of my meals in weekly recaps. For the next month, I’m giving up alcoholic beverages, peanut butter, and most wheat. I’m going to be sticking to a higher protein diet, healthful gluten free grains, and staying away from anything processed. I’ll also be switching to organic fruits and veggies. It’s a good thing I’ve been conserving up recipes to post!
Weight loss: I’ll track weekly any weight reduction alongside how I’m feeling or if I’m noticing any kind of changes in my body or emotions.
Recaps of favourite work outs: I’m not going to jotting straight down my moves whilst in class, but I might share a great move or how many sit-ups I did, etc.

I really like yoga and haven’t been practicing for a long time. I’m wishing your post motivates me to make contact with the studio.
I do wear a heart rate monitor and am curious what kind you discovered that songs calories burned. I’ve looked At a lot of fitness trackers and non-e include a heartrate monitor and calorie consumption burned. Those are the two numbers that mean one of the most to me.
