Sometimes I get myself within an entranced state when I cook. It’s as if I get lost in the food; in the flavors, the smells, and sometimes just the simple pleasure that great food brings to my soul.

I also get lost pinning stuff on Pinterest That is mostly just a distraction from what I’m actually trying to do which is work like a regular person and move on to the gym.
Speaking of the gym, I’ve an revise on my Big pigs feet used as food/marine/professional wrestler trainer! Uhhh… he is legit crazy (yes I just said that). He made us perform 30 jumpsquats, some weird miliary squats with weights, 20 billion planks, and suicides. It’s like high school basketball practice around, and once again, I thought I was going to die. Evidently he enjoys torturing people while he sits there and programs his next attack as Sasquatch or whatever he does in his free time. After all he even informed us to consume a Paleo structured diet, which of course I won’t end up being doing. Just because I like carbs and pumpkin pie time of year is arriving (my obsession).
What?! No-one tells me what things to eat.
…Unless it’s someone really ridiculously good-looking like Pacey from Dawson’s Creek. Then I MIGHT consider his recommendation.
Bruschetta is delicious and quite healthy so far as appetizers move. Well if you don’t put deep-fried onion bands and bacon onto it.. then not so much.
However, I love good-for-you types of points. So toasted slices of whole grain french loaf of bread are slathered with one of my favorites: heart-healthy smashed avocado mixed with sea salt and clean lime juice. I QUICKLY pile on an assortment of tomato, balsamic vinegar, garlic clove and olive oil. Oh and let’s not forget a little new basil!
They only take about 10 minutes to throw jointly.
Annnnndddd they’re vegan! But After all, if you hate vegan stuff you could simply add a little goat mozzarella cheese. Or bacon.

Ingredients
Cooking spray
1/2 loaf wholegrain french bread (or 1 petite loaf), sliced 1/2 inch thick
2 avocados, smashed
1/4 teaspoon sea sodium, plus exta
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
4 huge roma tomatoes, chopped
2 cloves garlic
Preheat oven about broiler setting.
Place pieces of bread on cooking sheet, spray with essential olive oil cooking squirt and sprinkle with sea salt; broil pieces in range about 2 a few minutes on each side or until fantastic brownish. Remove from oven and rub with one clove of garlic clove (make sure to trim it in half before massaging).
In a moderate bowl, blend smashed avocado, lime juice, and 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt and ground pepper.
In another large bowl, combine tomatoes, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. Mince various other garlic clove clove and add it into tomato mixture.
Spread smashed avocado mixture onto each slice of toast, then generously spoon tomato topping at the top. Garnish with basil and provide immediately.
