I am super lazy about packing my lunches lately. Probably because they will have a Chipotle type range at the work where I basically get a chicken taco salad every single day. ALRIGHT Great, I’ll admit which i totally obtain the salad since it includes crunchy, salty tortilla potato chips and plenty of guac.

<img src="http://hellorfimg.zcool.cn/preview/234477925.jpg" alt="roasted turkey leg being sliced- christmas dish” style=”max-width:420px;float:left;padding:10px 10px 10px 0px;border:0px;”>Now potato chips aren’t an awful thing, but really what’s moderation with regards to them? I know no such point. So basically each day I sit down at my table crunching on deep-fried chips and an big aged dollop of guac. Finally I’ve go to the final outcome that it’s time to limit everything chip munching to once a week.
Of course which means I must pack my very own lunch time. UGH. You would think that because I’m a blogger, it’d become a breeze. But existence gets occupied and the only time I’m really making recipes is certainly on the weekends. My weeknights are packed with conferences, workouts, laundry, washing, and trying to arrange things. Plus, lots of skype schedules with Tony.
Thus I can really appreciate a simple, tasty salad such as this.
You just need a few pantry staples like beans, fresh herbs, garlic, and lemon to outfit it up. I love adding avocado chunks and feta, although those ingredients aren’t pictured right here.
The salad includes a middle-eastern feel but you can combine it up to fit your tastes. It had been inspired with the delicious salad I sometimes will get at Investor Joe’s called ‘Balela’. Give it a try, or just get this to and be pleasantly surprised. It’s been my new favorite healthy lunch time. Although I’ll say that this would also make a great chip dip. Mmmmm.
